We seek to provide clients with integrated legal services for all phases of a rental project, starting with preparing letters of intent, through the negotiation of leases and work letters, and continuing after a lease has been executed with the administration of the lease, including review of non-disturbance agreements, preparation of sub-leases, and participation in the review of landlord action.

We also advise clients on matters involving diverse forms of commercial and residential real estate. We advise clients on all phases of real estate development, financing, and operations, ranging from purchases and sales, leases and financings, to sophisticated joint ventures.

We advise on commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters. Commercial and residential leasing is currently one of the most active areas of our practice with both landlords and tenants. We are experienced in negotiating retail, restaurant, warehouse, industrial, laboratory, and office leases. Our experience also includes negotiating most types of operating leases, build-to-suit leases, ground leases, and subleases, as well as related easement agreements. Our clients range from small restaurant owners to multi-million dollar biochemical companies securing laboratory and office spaces. We also represent and advise on land development such as condominiums.

In addition this wide ranging experience, we combine the expertise of attorney practice groups in tax law, corporate and securities law, environmental law, litigation, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights in order to manage all aspects of today’s sophisticated real estate transactions.
