Our practice encompasses nonpayment and holdover proceedings (including non-primary residences, nuisance, illegal subletting and assignment, and owner occupancy proceedings); complex residential leasing disputes; co-op/condo litigation; and landlord-creditor disputes in Bankruptcy Court.
