We litigate regularly with some of the largest firms in the U.S. and the world in cases across the country and overseas. For example, in a 337 patent infringement investigation at the International Trade Commission, we successfully defended companies based in the U.S. and mainland China that had very limited financial resources. We have also settled patent infringement cases in federal courts nation wide for many start-up and in-growth companies, which not only preserved their businesses but also helped them continue to thrive in the competitive U.S. market.
